We dispatch all orders, Monday-Friday within 12 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, goods will be dispatched the same day as the order is received (if before 1.00 pm). Occasionally due to stock outages or circumstances beyond our control, we may take longer to dispatch goods. If this occurs, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Deliveries to local and most North Island towns allow an extra 2-5 working days. For South Island deliveries allow an extra 3-6 working days. For Rural Deliveries, allow an extra 1-2 days.
